Know the cancel-by date before the software renews

Many business software plans auto-renew for a full year, and some require notice 30 to 90 days ahead. Miss the window and you pay another year for a tool nobody uses.

RenewGuard is a small tool for small-business owners and office managers. You paste a vendor invoice email's text (or upload a card-statement CSV). It pulls out the vendor, amount, renewal date and notice period, then shows a "cancel by" deadline on a dashboard. It runs on your own computer.

What it does

• Reads invoice emails you paste in (extraction may need your correction; you confirm each date).
• Shows banners and a reminder list at 30, 14 and 3 days before the notice deadline (email reminders need a one-time SMTP setup).
• Flags the same vendor appearing twice.
• Keeps a cancellation checklist per vendor, with the cancel link if you add it.

Who it is for

Businesses paying for several subscriptions with no one tracking renewal terms. Not an enterprise procurement system, and it will not cancel anything for you.
